A Visit to the Big Cat Reserve

Abigail and Edna are visiting the Big Cat Reserve they were hoping to be able to get in a vehicle and be driven around the Reserve but the vehicle driver has the flu and no one else is allowed to drive around the reserve.

They walk together to the tiger’s enclosure and see the big white male tiger with a cub on the rock surveying the scene.

As they walk towards the cheetah’s enclosure they hear the snarling.  The cheetahs have recently been fed.

At the black panther’s enclosure they see him climb the tree. Panther is another name for Leopard.

They see the mother lynx with her baby who has grey-brown mottled fur, tufted ears, and a short tail. They are feline mammals of Europe and North America.
Next they visit the lion enclosure and see the lions standing under the tree ready to move to the far side so they are fortunate to be able to see them close up.

The highlight of the visit is the lion cubs enclosure where you can pay extra and go in and pat the lion cubs and have your photo taken with them. April and Edna have enjoyed their visit today.
